Sales & Business Development Manager
To complement our Sales Team, we are looking for a competent personality for Comet Technologies Denmark A/S at our site in Taastrup, Denmark as our new Sales & Business Development Manager.

In this role, you will perform the following tasks:
- Manage and develop the existing customer base and strategically focus on acquisition of new customers and contacts
- Lead negotiations, have close contact with customers and partners, and build long-lasting customer relationships
- Develop leads and increase incoming orders through regular customer visits, industry trade show attendance, and networking
- Identify customer needs and industry challenges, and present Comet solutions
- Create, present to management, and implement business cases for account development
- Manage key accounts, penetrate complex organizations, and develop and maintain accurate sales forecasting and planning
- Be strategic in converting technology and sales ideas to drive new business, as well as gaining insight and understanding of trends in the relevant market spaces
- Manage contracts, quotes and orders in the CRM system
For this exciting and versatile position, you will bring the following with you:
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Business or related fields, is preferred
- Several years of experience in sales and business development or relevant customer oriented roles
- Record of selling to both large and small companies, and developing strategic key accounts
- Ability to combine technical and commercial aspects of the sales and business development process to build customer value proposition
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality, both customer and team oriented, and trustful collaboration is highly valued
- Willingness to travel at least 60-80 days annually
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written, other language skills (Danish/German) are a plus
