Core responsibilities:

  • establishment and implementation of sales strategies and marketing activities
  • establishment of pricing strategy, including usage of benchmarking to indicate market levels precisely
  • strict cooperation with polish HQ (marketing, IT, logistics, production, accounting)
  • making quotations, analise offers, sign contracts
  • to manage large projects
  • to analyze market tendencies
  • to initiate new functionalities and sales improvements
  • implementation of new products
  • to maintain relationship with business partners and customers.


  • bachelor Degree in Building or Project Management field (or equivalent education or experience in similar roles)
  • experience in aluminium market / similar responsibilities in the past
  • understanding the current sales market and following the latest trend
  • carry out sales objectives
  • MS Office, Autocad Skills
  • ability of reading technical documentation
  • ability to handle projects
  • native level danish and fluent english to communicate with HQ in Poland
  • self-reliance, creativity, ability to look for solutions
  • well-organized and communicative
  • driving license.
