Lead Project Manager
Description:
- Responsible for independent execution of product/equipment orders from Distributors, Key Accounts and direct customers for the New Unit engines business (order booking up to handover to customer) and/or OH&R and CM&U orders.
- Ensure cross functional coordination of technical and commercial project execution in cooperation with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sourcing and Service.
- Responsible for executing of orders in time and within the calculated costs.
- Responsible for payment collection and claim management for all assigned orders under execution in close cooperation with Finance.
- Support know how transfer and training programs for Distributors and Key Accounts to align project execution process the INNIO Jenbacher´s Project Management processes
- Support revenue operating rhythm in close cooperation with Finance with weekly updates on orders identified as commercial rev rec risks.
- Support continuous development of the Project Management Process and Tools based on KPI’s such as revenue, contribution margin, customer satisfaction, complete and on time delivery, finished goods inventory and collections.
- Focus on customer alignment and simplification initiatives in order to ensure qualitative and effective order execution.
KPI's:
- Ensure that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and budget and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case & customer contract

Qualifications:
- Engineering (mechanical or electrical; e.g. HTL) and/or commercial bachelor degree, or technical education with profound work experience the area of gas engines
- Several years of experience in relevant industry, preferably in reciprocating engine industry
- several years of project management experience on executing New Unit equipment and/or OH&R/CM&U orders.
- Ability to act in an interdisciplinary environment connected with relevant diversity of experience
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- Team player and strong reliability
- Demonstrated external focus & inclusiveness
- Fluent in English and Danish
- Parttime working from home is an option
- Live not further than one hour from our office in Hinnerup
- some years of experience in relevant industry, preferably in reciprocating engine industry
- some years of project management experience on executing New Unit
