Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at MinervaX. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper Bookkeeping and Payroll management for our Danish Company but also for the Swedish Subsidiary: in order to succeed, this position will get the responsibility of managing the new Finance IT configuration and set up in both locations.

This position offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a pioneering biotech company, to contribute to its success while learning about the biotech industry. The position will refer to the Financial Controller of MinervaX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping (Business Central)
• Payment Management
• Payroll (in duo with our HR Team on Zenegy) and Salary reconciliation (Excel)
• Assisting with the month-close process and preparing for financial audit
• Leading Finance & HR Software Projects Management
• Controlling, Financial and Planning Analysis

Qualifications:

• You have min. 3 years of experience from audit or a finance-function (Danish and if possible international)
• You are an experienced user of Excel (the Office package in general)
• You are IT oriented
• You are fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English (the corporate language is English)
• You are open minded, structured and analytical, cooperative and team-oriented
