We are looking for an experienced and passionate Retail and Concession Manager to join Le Creuset Scandinavia. You will be responsible for the development and growth in our 7 retail stores and all our concession stores across Scandinavia.

You will be leading a talented team of store managers, visual merchandisers, and back-office support, and you will be working very closely with the rest of the organization, to reach your goals.

You work actively with optimization to achieve successful sales development and are driven by achieving an extraordinary result. This is where your greatest drive lies - to constantly get a little better and exceed goals.

Your main responsibility is to manage and lead our retail and concession stores so that they achieve their goals. You are responsible for setting the budget and reaching the budget by taking ownership.
