How do I publish my job ad?
You publish your job ad through our amazing customer service team. Please send your job ad as a Word document (not a PDF) along with your logo and the location of the vacancy to produktion@stepstone.dk.
If we receive your email before 15:00, your job ad will be posted online that same day. We notify you via email once your job ad is online. Your job ad is online for 30 days unless you request a shorter advertising period.

Manage your applications via our online application system
With StepStone QuickApply, you get access to an online application system that helps you manage your next recruitment in a smarter, simpler and more professional way. All you need to do is post a job ad on stepstone.dk and you will automatically gain access to the system – free of charge.
2. What will my job ads look like?
We create a catchy and descriptive teaser text that will appear in the search results. This description helps jobseekers assess the relevance of your vacancy and determine whether to consider your vacancy. You can also personalise your job ads by using a Customised Graphic Template.
3. For how long is my job ad online?
Your job ad is automatically online for 30 days. If you wish to extend the online period, you will be invoiced for another 30 days unless you purchased a solution that includes a republishing guarantee.
Once you have received sufficient applications, please contact our customer service team at produktion@stepstone.dk or on +45 72 25 15 25 to take your job ad offline.
4. How do I pay?
We will send you an invoice.
5. How will applicants find my job ad?
Applicants have several ways of finding your job ad. They can search via key words, category, geography, experience, etc. They can also combine these options. Furthermore, many relevant applicants will receive your job ad via the StepStone Job Agent.
6. How do I receive applications?
StepStone QuickApply
With StepStone QuickApply you gain a simple overview of all incoming applications and access to e-mail templates such as confirmation of receipt of application, invitation for job interview and rejection letter. All you need is a job ad on stepstone.dk and you will automatically get access to the system – free of charge.
If you would like to receive applications via the “Apply now” button in the job ad, please provide the email address you would like applications sent to.
