This is a new role where we divide the current HR Business Partner & TA team in two, hence you will take over the leadership for the TA team and report to the Senior HR Director, who will continue to lead the HR Business Partners.

Your highest priority is to ensure that the Talent Acquisition team is attracting the right people to our business. You do this through team management, strategic planning, process optimization, data analytics, and project management support.
