How do you get started?
You need a specific profile to work either in Denmark or in an international department, and you are experiencing challenges filling the position.
You contact StepStone and, together with our international experts, discuss:
- The position – how the job should be presented in the job ad.
- The advertising strategy – where relevant candidates can be attracted from.
Next, the practical part of the advertising begins:
- You send your job ad to us by email – if you need translation, we can assist with that as well.
- We forward the job ad to the site in the country where we have agreed to advertise.
- You receive a link as soon as the job ad is live.
- At an agreed time, we follow up on the job ad’s performance and provide statistics after the campaign period.
- Your recruitment process then continues with the candidates who have applied.
