Are you ready to take on the role of Regional Payroll Manager, overseeing end-to-end Payroll & Time services? Are you passionate about streamlining processes and enhancing system architecture? You will be responsible for payroll, time and benefit deliveries in our Northern European region consisting of 11 countries and more than 7,000 employees.

In this role you will be partnering with the Johnson Controls Business and leverage the expertise of the enterprise IT Teams in enabling digital IT solutions across the EMEA region. You will align business and IT objectives, lead overall engagement between business stakeholders and the IT community in Johnson Controls EMEA.
