Du er som tilbudsleder ansvarlig for Gårdhavens strategiske retning, den faglige indsats over for borgerne, medarbejdernes arbejdsmiljø og udvikling af organisationen. Du er leder for 2 afdelingsledere. Sammen udgør i Gårdhavens lederteam, der har til opgave at sikre borgernes udvikling og trivsel i samarbejde med afdelingens ca. 55 medarbejdere.
