You will bridge finance and business, leading the optimizing of financial outcomes for the Region (and Europe) through well-co-ordinated and informed recommendations, as well as ensuring consistent, timely and accurate understanding, reporting and analysis of business performance, including Key Performance Indicators and variance analysis.

Du skal have solid ledererfaring, stærke driftsmæssige kompetencer og samarbejdsevner i særklasse – gerne med international erfaring. Du vil ved ansættelsens start have arbejdssted i Direktoratet for Kriminalforsorgen. Det er forventningen, at du fra starten af 2026 vil blive udstationeret til Gjilan i Kosovo efter gældende udstationeringsregler.
