What's exciting about the role
We’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Manager to join our sales team in Herlev. In this role, you’ll take the lead in identifying and securing new business opportunities within the Danish market.
Ideal candidates will thrive in a hunter-style role, proactively reaching out to potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing high-impact deals.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process while managing a robust pipeline of prospects. This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious team and play a pivotal role in driving our growth in Denmark.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage potential customers through targeted outbound sales campaigns
- Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities within the small and medium business (SMB) segment
- Manage your own sales pipeline and drive opportunities through to successful closure
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals, negotiating terms directly with key decision-makers
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date data and activity tracking within our CRM system (Salesforce)
- Collaborate closely with marketing and other sales teams to refine and enhance outreach strategies
Skills and Experience we desire
- Proven experience in outbound B2B sales or a similar hunter-style role
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly self-motivated, energetic, and driven to exceed targets
- Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Danish and strong proficiency in English
- Well-organized, disciplined, and committed to consistent follow-through
