Quality Assurance Analyst

Teracloud is a global software product company with a wide range of product lines from industrial power, e-sports platforms, climate controllers, and software products.

We are looking for a Mid-level QA Engineer with a strong focus on backend systems and UI testing to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will help ensure the quality and stability of our backend services, APIs, and UI components. You’ll work closely with developers to identify and resolve defects, improving the overall reliability and usability of our products. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in growing their skills, with the potential to develop into a test automation role in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, document, and run test cases to thoroughly test backend systems, APIs, and UI components.
• Identify, track, and document bugs in Jira, while working closely with developers to fix them.
• Collaborate with different teams to understand project needs and ensure full test coverage.
• Perform regression testing to ensure system stability after updates or changes.
• Review requirements to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and potential issues early in the development process.
• Analyse automated test results to quickly detect failures and identify root causes.
• Continuously improve testing processes and strategies to increase efficiency and coverage.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in manual testing, with a strong focus on backend systems.
• Solid understanding of backend architectures, APIs, and related testing methods and tools.
• Experience with the JIRA software stack and Test Management Systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
• Good communication skills to work effectively with developers and stakeholders.
• A team player who can work both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with test automation tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
