Head of Service Engin­eer­ing


FairWind is looking for a dynamic Head of Service Engineering to lead the design and development of scalable, high-impact service solutions across our international footprint.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in complexity, sees opportunity in ambiguity, and knows how to turn technical insight into commercial advantage.

You’ll build and lead a team that bridges strategy and execution—working closely with Sales, Execution, and Regional teams to deliver solutions that are technically sound, commercially viable, and operationally scalable. The role demands a high level of hands-on involvement, especially in shaping the team, defining standards, and driving the delivery of solutions with speed and precision.


Your Impact

  • Build and lead a high-performing service engineering team
  • Define service design standards and processes that scale
  • Act as a senior technical advisor to strategic clients
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across offerings
  • Collaborate across functions and geographies to deliver integrated solutions

Your Profile

  • 6+ years in technical/operational leadership roles
  • Strong international experience and executive-level communication
  • Fluent in English
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
  • Experience in product/solution development; PMI/PMP certification is a plus
