Head of Finance – Driving Change in a Growing Design Company

Location: Aarhus · Copenhagen · Vinderup
Reports to: CEO, Martin Halle
Employment: Full-time position

About +Halle

+Halle is a young and ambitious Danish design company with a strong international presence. We are in motion — growing, merging, and reshaping our organisation to meet the future. Following the acquisition of HS Møbler, +Halle is now building one united company and culture, combining production, craftsmanship, and design with digital intelligence and global ambition. At +Halle, we believe in progress through purpose. We challenge conventions, work collaboratively, and use data, design thinking, and curiosity to shape what’s next.

The Role

We are looking for a Head of Finance who is ready to take ownership, drive change, and help shape the future of +Halle. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a young, international team and play a key role in the company’s next growth phase. You will lead and develop our financial function together with two skilled bookkeepers, taking a hands-on role in operations while building a modern, digital setup that supports our evolution. You will be central to the integration of HS Møbler and +Halle, to the implementation of our new ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / TRIMIT), and to the creation of one unified financial organisation that drives efficiency, transparency, and collaboration across the group.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the financial transformation

  • Drive and complete the legal and operational merger between HS Møbler and +Halle.
  • Develop and implement the new financial setup in collaboration with our ERP partner (TRIMIT / Business Central).
  • Build one unified finance function serving both entities, with shared processes, reporting, and systems.
  • Ensure data consistency, compliance, and efficiency across the organisation.
  • Act as a proactive change agent — turning insight into improvement and structure into momentum.

2. Liquidity management and financial planning

  • Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts and liquidity planning.
  • Oversee payments, credit lines, and factoring agreements.
  • Use digital tools and AI-driven forecasting to optimise liquidity and strengthen financial insight.

3. Digitalisation and data-driven decision-making

  • Automate workflows and improve data quality across systems.
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools that enable better decisions.
  • Champion the use of technology and data to increase transparency and speed.

4. Business development and leadership

  • Deliver clear, data-based insights to management and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the strategic development of +Halle’s financial framework and business model.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, production, and design to align financial and operational goals.

Your Profile

  • A degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • You might be early in your career — but you are ambitious, analytical, and digitally minded.
  • You are motivated by progress, curious about technology, and not afraid to challenge how things are done.
  • Experience with ERP systems (ideally Business Central / TRIMIT) is a plus.
  • You thrive in a fast-moving, creative environment and enjoy combining structure with innovation.

We Offer

  • A key position in a fast-growing, international design company.
  • The opportunity to lead the development of a modern, digital finance function from the ground up.
  • A close, collaborative team that believes in ambition, openness, and courage.
  • Flat hierarchy, responsibility, and freedom to shape your role.
  • A flexible working setup across Aarhus, Copenhagen, and Vinderup.
