Sales Director – In­dus­tri­al Segment

WOCA Denmark is looking for an experienced and commercially strong Sales Director to lead and expand our global industrial segment. You will hold full responsibility for driving international sales of surface treatment solutions to flooring and furniture manufacturers worldwide.

The outdoor segment is also an important strategic complement to WOCA's industrial focus. WOCA is strong in outdoor surface treatment, and the area offers significant growth among manufacturers of decking boards, facade cladding and other outdoor wood products.

The role

You will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing the global sales strategy
• Leading, motivating and developing a small international sales team
• Strengthening relationships with industrial customers and OEM producers
• Providing technical advice and customised solutions in close cooperation with R&D
• Managing budgets, pipeline, forecasting and sales performance
• Driving growth in established markets and identifying new opportunities

Your background

We imagine you have:

• Experience from the flooring, furniture or wood-processing industries
• Strong technical understanding of wood processing, surface treatment and ideally UV-curing technology
• A proven track record in international B2B industrial sales
• Experience as a sales leader or “hands-on” player-coach
• Excellent communication skills and strong commercial instincts
• The ability to translate customer needs into value-creating solutions
