KENDA Europe develops and delivers complete wheel and tire solutions – from the smallest wheelbarrow and highspeed trailer to large industrial and agricultural machines.

You will have your daily workplace either at our European headquarters in Tilst (near Aarhus, Denmark) or at our distribution centre in Winsen/Luhe (Germany), depending on what suits your location and preference.

You will strengthen the financial backbone of the organisation

Reporting to our COO, you will safeguard the financial health of our European operations while driving strategic and operational development. You will lead finance, IT and legal activities and ensure transparency, compliance and performance across all European entities, supported by a team of 20+ employees.

Some of the responsibilities will be:

• Oversee budgets, performance and strategic financial planning
• Manage liquidity, investments and credit facilities
• Lead IFRS reporting, consolidation and subsidiary reporting
• Ensure compliance through cooperation with legal, insurance and audit partners
• Secure modern IT tools that support our business efficiently

You will have travel activities in Europe as a part of your cross-border responsibilities and strategic projects.

You bring solid financial expertise and leadership skills

With your experience in finance and governance, you bring a professional foundation and the ability to connect financial insights to operational reality. Your international mindset enables you to navigate a global organisation with cultural diversity.

Ideally, you should:

• Hold a degree within accounting, finance or business administration
• Have ACCA or CPA experience and strong IFRS and HGB knowledge
• Possess advanced IT skills, including ERP and financial tools
• Communicate effortlessly in English and German
• Be self-motivated, hands-on and resilient
