ARE YOU FOND OF ...
- SALES? You're a born sales talent, have initial contacts in the retail sector, and can excite retailers and customers alike with our brands, especially Affenzahn Footwear. For this position, previous background and understanding of the footwear industry is important.
- ACQUISITION? With passion, you conquer new partners, points-of-sale across initially in Denmark, Sweden and establish our brands as leading kids' brands in your sales territory.
- CUSTOMER HAPPINESS? You love engaging with your customers, recognizing and awakening their needs, and building sustainable customer relationships.
- CONTROLLING? You think with sales responsibility, keep a close eye on the market, translate relevant information into key figures, and derive actions from them.
- EVENTS? You support the organization with worldwide trade fair appearances, present our shoes/backpacks on-site together with your team, and train our retailers.
- STRATEGY? You support the global sales team in developing and implementing new, brilliant global sales strategies and work closely with our cross functional team to properly market our products.

IF YOU ALSO BRING ...
- Ideally based in Copenhagen, you’ll grow the business across Scandinavia with a sharp focus on Denmark and Sweden, later on other key markets in the region,
- Sales and key account management experience ideally in the footwear industry,
- Proven track record of developing and growing strategic offline and online key accounts, retailers,
- Ability to formulate and systematically execute annual account plans to achieve brand and business growth,
- Growth mindset with solid commercial acumen (i.e. sales planning, forecasting, KPI setting and tracking), understanding of the retail dynamics is a plus,
- Willingness to roll up sleeves in a semi entrepreneurial set-up,
- Strong solution mindset & Analytical skills,
- Willingness to travel across Scandinavia,
- Passion, Fun in teamwork and humor,
- Danish and English language knowledge, any other Scandinavian language is a plus
