Technical Lead

We are looking for a Technical Lead to join our development team.

About the position
As Technical Lead, you will have overall technical responsibility for our development team. You are the focal point for architecture, code quality and technical decisions, and you ensure that the team delivers stable, scalable and well-documented solutions – on time.
Your primary tasks will be:
- Define and drive the technical architecture and direction of our software products
- Supervisor and mentor for developers in the team, professionally and technically
- Ensure high code quality through code reviews, standards, and best practices
- Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Business Analysts and Project Manager to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Identify and manage technical debt and drive continuous improvement
- Actively participate in the development work and contribute code
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies and tools
Who are you?
- You are a clear communicator who can communicate technical choices to both developers and management.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and have previously held a technical leadership role
- You have solid experience with one or more of the following: C#, .NET, Python, C++ or similar. Experience with Delphi is an advantage.
- You have experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of electrical automation, SCADA, PLC systems or IEC standards is a definite plus
- You have a relevant education in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering or similar.
- You have experience with use of AI like Claude in development
- Experience with software architecture principles like
- SOLID - Single responsibility, Open/closed, Liskov substitution, Interface segregation, Dependency inversion
- Composition over inheritance - Favor small, composable units over deep class hierarchies
- Hexagonal architecture - Decouple core logic from I/O, frameworks, and databases
- Domain-driven design (DDD) Model software around the business domain
- You are familiar with agile development methods such as Scrum
- You are fluent in Danish and English in writing and speech
