Som afdelingsleder får du stor indflydelse på den daglige drift og udvikling og vil sammen med direktøren og bestyrelsen få ansvaret for at drifte og styrke organisationen. Opgaverne vil være på såvel strategisk som operationelt niveau. Du bliver et centralt bindeled mellem funktionærer (disponeringen) og chauffører og kommer tæt på beslutningerne.
