We are looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our Nordic team for Personal Care and HI&I. The office of TER Nordic ApS is located in Odense, Denmark. The job is performed from home office, but you are welcome to work from the Odense office at any time

Your Responsibilities:

  • Selling your Personal Care and HI&I portfolio to existing and new customers
  • Independently building and developing customer relationships and taking over budget responsibility
  • Providing telephone and in-person support to your customers, in collaboration with your European colleagues
  • Using your product/applications/industries knowledge to optimally advise customers on various possibilities
  • Developing and implementing strategies to specifically expand new customer business
  • Independently calculating your offers and maintaining close communication with Customer Service
  • Collaborating closely with the central logistics department to find the best freight rates and coordinate delivery dates
  • Working closely with central product management to ensure optimal product supply at market-appropriate prices
  • Actively participating in international trade fairs to acquire new customers
  • Maintaining data on business opportunities, visit reports, etc.

Your Profile:

  • Completed training in wholesale and foreign trade or a degree in business administration or a technical field
  • Professional experience in international trade, ideally with raw materials in the Life Science sector
  • Customer base in Denmark and Sweden is a must, Norway, Finland and/or Baltics would be a plus
  • A strong mix of strategic thinking, ambition, and sales talent to achieve your sales goals
  • Interest in developing profitable new business and new ideas
  • Very good English skills
  • Willingness to travel
