Personal profile
- An authentic leader with integrity who leads with transparency, direct involvement and a strong value set
- Hands-on and visible, with attention to detail, yet able to make fast and well-founded decisions when needed
- Pragmatic, proactive and execution-oriented, able to challenge the status quo and focus on what really moves the needle
- Analytical and structured, able to translate complex issues into clear messages and priorities
- Robust and resilient, comfortable handling multiple projects and diverse stakeholders in a high-pace environment
- Strong at attracting, developing and retaining talent in the finance organisation
- A strong communicator who can create impact and build trust across cultures and functions
The “Green Team”
You will join a non-hierarchical, ambitious and hands-on culture where people are known as the Green Team – a global group of aviation enthusiasts driven by simplicity, accountability and performance. The CFO is expected to embody this culture, supporting TP Aerospace’s “keep it simple” philosophy while driving professionalisation and scalable growth.
