In this position you will be responsible for independent execution of product/equipment orders from Distributors, Key Accounts and direct customers for the New Unit engines business (order booking up to handover to customer) and/or OH&R and CM&U orders. Som driftschef får du i samarbejde med ejendomsledere/mestre og ejendomsfunktionærer ansvaret for den daglige drift og vedligeholdelse af boligafdelingernes bygninger og anlæg, hvilket sker i tæt dialog med de beboervalgte bestyrelsesmedlemmer. Du får bl.a. ansvaret for Gentofte og Lejre/Bramsnæs almene Boligselskab.
