How do I publish a job ad?
Publish your job ad via our skilled customer service team. Send the job ad as a Word document (not PDF), along with your logo and the job location, to produktion@stepstone.dk.
Your job ad will be online on StepStone the same day, provided we receive it before 3 PM. You will be notified by email when your ad is live. The job ad will typically remain online for 30 days, unless you request a shorter advertising period.

Manage your applicants the way you want
With StepStone QuickApply, you get a free online application system that helps you manage your next recruitment in a smarter, simpler, and more professional way. You just need to have a job ad on stepstone.dk to automatically gain access to the system.
We create a strong and engaging teaser text that appears in the search results. Job seekers get an exciting description of what you are looking for, making it easier for them to assess whether your vacancy is relevant.
Your job ad is typically online until the application deadline – or 30 days from the day the ad is published.
If you have received enough qualified applicants, contact our customer service at produktion@stepstone.dk or phone 72 25 15 25, and they will help you take your job ad offline.
We will send you an invoice.
Candidates have several ways to find your job ad. They can search by keywords, category, geography, experience, etc., or use combinations of these filters. In addition, many candidates receive job ads via StepStone’s Job Agent.
StepStone QuickApply
With StepStone QuickApply, you get a simple overview of all incoming applications and predefined email templates to confirm receipt, invite candidates to interviews, and send rejections. You just need to have a job ad on stepstone.dk to automatically gain access to the system.
Specify the email address where you want to receive applications. However, please note that due to GDPR, it has become more difficult to document the handling of personal data via email. Therefore, we recommend using StepStone QuickApply. It is free to use when you have a job ad on StepStone.
